Pet Shop Soran Website Design Project<\/h2>\n

The design and implementation of the Soran Pet Shop e-commerce website was carried out with a focus on building a unified, scalable, and fully operational sales infrastructure in the highly competitive pet products market. The goal of this project was to transform the website into an omnichannel sales hub and eliminate fragmentation in management across different platforms.<\/p>\n

In this project, the website was designed not only as an online store but also as an integrated management dashboard capable of controlling and coordinating multiple sales channels simultaneously.<\/p>\n

Payment and Sales Infrastructure<\/h2>\n

On the financial side, direct integration with the Mellat Bank payment gateway was implemented to reduce transaction fees and ensure full control over transactions. Additionally, to increase conversion rates, the website was connected to various credit-based payment services including SnappPay, DigiPay, TorobPay, and ZarinPlus, allowing users to complete their purchases with flexible payment options.<\/p>\n

Integration with the Torob platform was also implemented so that products are automatically displayed on the marketplace and targeted traffic is directed to the website.<\/p>\n

For orders within Tehran, users can select the delivery date and time window for courier delivery, which significantly improves the user experience and makes operational coordination much easier.<\/p>\n

More than 2,000 products were defined, categorized, and optimized in this store. The data entry and update structure was designed in a way that managing this volume of products is fast, accurate, and error-free.<\/p>\n
